Too bad we didn’t push soccer back one more week

09/26/2022

Another beautiful soccer weekend in the books. We wanted to share some video highlights from the first couple weeks.

If you watched, you may have noticed that soccer is a big part of why we come together, but by no means the only one. HYR and HCM are all about community, family, friendship, and fellowship. Take time each time on the field to learn the names of the people you stand shoulder to shoulder with, cheer for all teams, thank the coaches and referees, and build up the children. That is the reason we are all there.

Please welcome new HYR Assistant Director Laken Amberg. Laken moved to Louisville from Alaska in 2022 with her husband and two children. Her enthusiasm for sports, warmth, charm, and creativity will be immediately obvious when you meet her.
