St. Columba's Camp Able

Each year, we set out to raise over $25,000 to fund Camp Able. From June 4-8, a community of 50 campers with special needs and volunteer staffers gathered to invite everyone to belong, everyone to adventure, and everyone to experience the joys of camp. Donor funds enable this amazing ministry at St. Columba and we are so grateful to everyone to did their part!

A Big thank you to Scotty Dunnam and the team at Scotty Dunnam State Farm for their kind hearts and generous support of a golf cart and lunch this week. Without community support like yours and Calvary Episcopal Church, Church of the Holy Communion, St. Philip Memphis and Allison Pace, Camp Able wouldn’t be possible in the Memphis area! What an amazing way to kickoff our Spring Camp Able fundraiser! Forming a team of walkers for a Memphis-area autism walk, the “King Josiah Team” today donated $500 and presented Camp Able with a check today for its 2024 camps! (Of course we then went zip lining!)

Camp Able is a profound and wonderful opportunity for children with diverse-abilities and special needs to experience the community and magic of camp. This gift officially kicks off our Spring Camp Able fundraiser. We need to raise $25,000 this year to fund this unique and meaningful camp. Can you support?
