❄️ Warming Center Extended Hours until Monday 1/22 ❄️

Due to the continued extreme cold weather through the weekend, the Hub's Warming Centers for the unhoused community will stay open 24hrs until Monday 1/22.

⏰ Opening Hours: 24hrs until the morning of Monday 1/22. These hours may change depending on the weather - the most up-to-date information will be posted on the Hub's social media channels

📍 Location: To accommodate a greater number of guests, there will be TWO locations:
--- Single women and families will stay at the Hospitality Hub (590 Washington Ave); and
--- Single men and couples will stay at the Dave Wells Community Center (915 Chelsea Ave)

🚐 Transportation: Transportation to both locations will be provided by MATA; requests can be made by calling 901-297-1680 during Warming Center hours.

🍽️ Services: Sack meals and blankets will be provided while supplies last.

❤️ Who: All are welcome. Guests will need to check in upon arrival, but IDs are not required. We strive to provide a safe, kind, and respectful environment for all.

Today Casa-Global was able to assist multiple families with essentials, coaching, fun, clothing, a nice warm meal, and it’s safe to say we had a wonderful time! If you are able to donate ANY NEEDED ITEMS OR MONETARY DONATIONS your support will be appreciated. We are currently planning an event to assist with clothing and food so items will be accepted indefinitely. After assessing the situation, we were able to determine the need and have listed those items in the flyer. If you have any additional questions or suggestions for us please reach out to us, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. At this time we prefer to provide details on ages, sizes, and location via private message to respect the families impacted. This is a very sensitive and urgent matter as many of the families are with multiple children who need nourishment and essential daily living items. Help us be a blessing to these families.
