Come explore the playground that is Ashtanga Vinyasa!

The postures of Ashtanga’s Advanced Series are both therapeutic and meditative. You don’t have to be “practicing advanced series” to enjoy the benefits of postures that can serve you. Come find strength and focus through these highly targeted postures. Arm balances, inversions, hip work and backbends are featured.

Masterpieces in Motion: A Journey of Balance and Bliss ✨
Join Mason Steele, coming all the way from the serene landscapes of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Memphis native Tori Anito, for a transformative 90-minute yoga workshop designed to elevate your practice and restore your body and mind.

🗓️Saturday, September 7th, 2:00-3:30pm (90min).

In this unique experience, you’ll embark on an in-depth journey through handstands and intermediate to advanced inversions, where Mason’s expertise as a Yoga Teacher, Holistic Life Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Men’s Retreat Facilitator will guide you through the intricacies of these challenging poses, followed by a soothing deep stretch with hands on assists from both Mason + Tori. Following this dynamic session, Tori Anito—seasoned Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Meditation Guide, and Retreat Facilitator—will take you on a journey through Frequency and Sound as Mason provides Yoga Massage.

Meet HAUS Yoga School instructor, ✨
Margaux first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2009 to help ease her anxiety. She left drenched in sweat, intrigued by the breathwork, and feeling a renewed sense of peace.
How could something so physically challenging leave her feeling so calm?
Her curiosity took over, and she became a student of yoga and immersed herself in many different styles.
Margaux quickly fell in love with hot power vinyasa and ashtanga vinyasa. She enjoys the discipline and strength components of ashtanga and the creative playfulness of hot power vinyasa.
Margaux has been guiding practitioners since 2014. She seeks to encourage students to find their strength from within to keep healing, growing, and moving forward, with a healthy dose of playfulness, curiosity, and compassion for oneself—one breath at a time. 🤍

Meet HAUS Yoga School instructor, (E-RYT®500, YACEP®) ✨
Amy started teaching yoga in 2011 and has practiced yoga for over 20 years. She believes that her practice is a microcosm of her life. How she handles situations on her mat is how she handles situations off her mat. 🧘‍♀️

Amy completed her RYT®300 in 2021 with DwiPada Yoga School and is a lululemon legacy ambassador. She practices and teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa in the method given by her teacher Greg Tebb. She studies with him regularly. She has been given authorization to teach through the advanced series of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yoga Therapy from Greg Tebb and from Manju Jois, son of Sri KP Jois with whom she studies with annually in California. ☀️

Her specialties are Asana, Sanskrit, Ancient Texts, History and Philosophy. “There is so much knowledge contained in these old texts and I really enjoy the research and pulling out pieces that enhance my teaching and can assist the student with deeper understanding of why we do what we do on our mat.”

Amy has been studying Sanskrit since 2014. She started with a course at the ICC here in the 901, then moved on to more courses through Oxford University and currently with her teacher Greg. 📖 She studies it because, “It is such a perfect language. It is artful in the writing of it. And I don’t just read these ancient texts and the commentary from one source, I enjoy translating it for myself to really know what the ancients were teaching.”

Amy will be teaching history and philosophy in this year’s teacher training! 📚

Meet HAUS Yoga School instructor, .lea.miller ✨

Jamie is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and a passionate creative. Jamie is happiest guiding students through playful and nourishing yoga practices in both private and public classes.
Having begun her yoga practice at the early age of 14, Jamie finally decided to take a huge leap in her yoga journey in 2013 and get certified as a yoga instructor. She has formally trained in Power Vinyasa, Hot 26, Yoga Sculpt and mindfulness meditation. 🧘🏻‍♀️
Serving and leading others down a path of self discovery and healing to begin living a life filled with joy and intention is the mission Jamie is most proud of as a teacher. 🤍

Meet our HAUS YTT trainer, !

“I was originally attracted to yoga for its beautiful, graceful movements, but quickly discovered that the practice had a calming and centering effect that had been missing in my life. As a formally trained dancer turned fitness instructor, I had years of study in kinesiology and choreography, but teaching yoga was something vastly different. I found the sacred sweetness of the practice intoxicating and became desperate to learn more and share it with others.

After reading the Yoga Sutras during my 200-hour training, I felt as though my brain had been rewired. I became more conscious of the way I was thinking and living. My subsequent years of study have led me to a more peaceful and thoughtful way of being.

Teaching yoga has brought me more joy than I could have ever imagined. Regardless of the practitioner’s level of interest, going through training is a life-changing experience, and I can’t recommend it enough.”

Jocelyn will be teaching Pranayama and Restorative Yoga during HAUS teacher training.🧘🏼‍♀️
