Claire: I met Laurel her freshman year and immediately knew she needed to be a KD. She embodies all that is beautiful, honorable, and highest. Getting to co-mother her with the amazing Suzzie B has been the highlight of my KD experience. Laurel inherited Suzanne’s thoughtfulness and generosity along with my excitable, silly nature. She is our perfect child. I love our fam and I wouldn’t have it being any other way 🥰🤪🫂💚

Suzanne: I am so grateful to KD for bringing me my amazing family!! From the moment I met Laurel, I was struck by her kindness and cheerful spirit. She is just the most perfect little! And I was extra excited to find out I’d have another addition to the fam— co-mothering with Claire! Claire’s excitement and compassionate nature were perfect to make our fam complete! I am so lucky to call these people my fam!

Laurel: Being apart of this family has absolutely been one of the best parts of my KD and Rhodes experience!!! Claire and Suzanne are kind, silly, and a light to everyone around them; they are the best parts of me and I am so so grateful to have them in my corner always! My little Isabelle has been the greatest addition to our already awesome fam- she is a wonderful human and a generous friend to all and I am beyond proud to be her big. This family has been such an amazing support system for me- I am forever thankful for the love which Ally, Cece, SB, Izzy, Hayley, and Patsy have shared with me. They have all touched my life in remarkable ways and truly embody that which is Honorable, Beautiful, and Highest. They make every day worth celebrating and I feel so lucky to love them!!!!! ☺️🧸💚👩‍👩‍👧💋🥳🙌❤️‍🔥

Every woman in this chapter has made me feel seen, loved, and valued long before I ran home to KD. I didn’t fully recognize it until I walked into the house during recruitment, but I immediately realized that I was surrounded by so many of the women that had already inspired me with their confidence and strong presence across multiple arenas at Rhodes- clubs, sports, student government, and philanthropy. The sisters I have here are truly the best family I could ask for, and it is one I will never stop being proud of. Every time someone asks me about my life at Rhodes - or ( true and funny story) the little girl I babysit for asks me what the KD letters on my necklace mean- I get to tell them about the strong, amazing sisters I have back at Alpha Delta 💚

from the moment i zoomed into open house as a pnm to getting my grand little (omg i feel so old), i have known kd was the place for me. the women in this chapter are some of the most driven, smartest, and kindest people i have met at rhodes. our passion for philanthropy is so evident throughout the chapter,  and we are able to make it so much fun as well with events like all sing and girl scouts science day. i have made friends I might never have met but could not imagine life without and been gifted the most lovely family (shoutout claire squared, anne, and cece). and, most importantly, with the help of all of my uplifting kd ladies, i have been able to grow into myself and my confidence! i love you beyond belief, alpha delta!!

We had so much fun partnering with today to support preventing child abuse with donuts and Redbull in front of the rat! Today, all of our sisters wore blue in support of one of our philanthropies, , as we enter Child Abuse Awareness month. 🩵🩵
