EXCEPTIONALLY busy acupuncture clinic searching for career-minded professional.

Must be able to handle a HIGH volume of phone calls while simultaneously greeting MANY patients in person, must be able to assist in the treatment area, must be able to handle patient concerns, must be able to perform precise scheduling and accurate bookkeeping, must be accurate and quick, must need little oversight and must be able to prioritize tasks.

No exceptions: must be able to work 10-hour days Monday through Thursday, starting early in the morning and working into the evening (8:30am-7:30pm). Includes daily extended lunch breaks.

Employment Type:

Full-time, paid hourly with bonuses (bonuses are directly linked to productivity)
Four 10-hour days per week
Requires 8-12 weekend hours every 3 months

Training:

Paid on-the-job training that is extensive

Your mission:

As the heart of the clinic, you will greet our patients with a friendly smile, taking care of their needs, eagerly solving daily challenges related to patient care, performing a wide variety of duties directly related to patient care and overcoming patient barriers to compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily handling of patient reception: scheduling and ensuring kept appointments, answering phone calls
Assisting the Acupuncturists in the treatment area
Helping with occasional weekend public relations events
Coordinating daily with other personnel to maintain organization
Performing daily bookkeeping
Helping patients who have questions
Multi-tasking regularly to help the management of the company with administrative issues
Maintaining an overall exceptionally clean clinic environment
Doing whatever it takes to deliver great service
Handling paperwork efficiently and keeping files in good order
