It is Feature Friday! And today, we want to send a special shout-out to Najjar! Najjar is an Urban Forestry Crew Leader with the cityofmilwaukee who enjoys working with and for the community.
When asked, “Why the City of MKE?” Najjar shared, “This is the City where I was born and where I live. I raised my family here. I live and play in these streets and take great pride in these streets.
Working for The City, I get to train my community in what we do through outreach programs and in schools. I get to teach them that we don't have to go too far to find a career. It's in our backyards.
I like having an impact, working for my community, and being a part of beautifying my city.”
Thank you for all you do!
