Thank you Tito's Handmade Vodka for bringing this year’s Block to Block event to Nashua and the amazing Martignetti volunteers! We had an incredible day at Legacy Farm and together fulfilled Grow Nashua's goal of building more at grow kits and raised beds for families to grow their own fresh veggies close to home. Beautiful fall day, beautiful hard working volunteers, and beautiful to see community (even 4 legged friends) coming together

Filling our raised beds with soil generously donated by Coast of Maine Organic Products, Inc.! Worm castings, mycorrhizae, biochar, greensand, kelp meal, and lobster and crab shell meal make this some pretty powerful stuff when it comes to building the biodiverse, living soil we want in our gardens. ❤🌱

How many veggie scraps did you throw out the last time you made a salad?
As a country, we discard almost 40% of our food supply. That's why composting is so important - it ensures the resources used to produce that food aren't lost and keeps landfills from filling up. Here at Grow Nashua, we offer a curbside compost program where we'll pick up your scraps at your door, helping to make the planet greener! Find more info on our site and DM us with any questions!
Join us at Rambling House Food & Gathering on Wednesday, May 29th for Green with Giving Night! 10% of sales will be donated to Grow Nashua to support our community programs. We are very grateful for this partnership and hope you will stop by on 5/31 for some amazing food and community!
Don't forget to stop by the Nashua Public Library volunteer fair tonight in partnership with United Way of Greater Nashua!
