RADical Health: Building a Healthy Relationship to Self, Others, and the World
REGISTER for RADical Health NYU
Looking for the mental, emotional and spiritual tools to support you this semester? Join NYU RADical Health, an interactive, four week experience that provides you the wellness resources you need to thrive at NYU and beyond.
Through a series of inspirational videos, resources, and engaging discussions, you will learn how to practice mindfulness, active listening, self-care, financial and emotional literacy, among other critical skills. You will craft an individualized plan for creating and sustaining wellness in all aspects of your life. And perhaps most importantly, you will have the chance to practice these empowering life skills with peers and a mentor in a supportive, curious and fun virtual space.
Speakers include acclaimed actress, playwright and NYU professor, Anna Deavere Smith, Olympian Ibtihaj Muhammad, best-selling author, Glennon Doyle, musician and producer, Lauv, among others.
Each cohort will meet weekly during the following weeks for 1 hr and 15 min:
