The NYU Student Government Assembly (SGA) is the overarching student government at New York Universi It is composed of School Senators and Senators at-Large.

Our Diversity Committee and Mya Peterson, the Senator for Sustainability and Women of Color, is hosting Farm to NYU Fridge on Wednesday, April 24th from 4 pm to 6 pm in Kimmel 802.
This event will highlight NYU professors as panelists to discuss where NYU stands on environmental racism, food culture, and other intersectionality topics related to food systems and race. We hope to see you there! RSVP link is in our bio.
UPDATED: Last fall, SGA passed a letter of support calling for New York state lawmakers to advance legislation that would require colleges and universities to adopt specified student su***de prevention & intervention policies. Amid delays in the Legislature, SGA leadership is reiterating its calls for a substitute bill to pass, and SGA’s participation in this multi-college initiative was recently covered by NYU’s Washington Square News. Airport Shuttle Buses
Catching a flight? Take an NYU Airport Shuttle to LaGuardia, JFK and Newark airports on Thursday, March 14 and Friday, March 15 for $5. Shuttles board in front of Bobst Library. Seats are limited; make your reservation. Link is on our bio!
This shuttle service is provided by the Student Government Assembly Initiative Fund.

Violet Ball Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm EST. Check our website to find the link to purchase the tickets! We will be opening an online waiting room 30 minutes before each indicated time, be sure to enter early. Each ticket is $15 and Non-NYU guest are allowed to come with an additional purchase of a ticket. Drink packages will also be sold day of the event for an additional $15, cash only to purchase the drink tickets.
