This beautiful patient came to me with complaints about the appearance of her breasts and abdomen. Years prior she underwent breast reconstruction with implants following bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer.

After years of living with animation deformity, hollowing of her upper breasts, scar denting her breast, and weight gain following chemotherapy, she was ready for some changes to make her feel and look like herself again.

I performed an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), removal & replacement of implants with Galaflex (to create an internal bra for support), and fat grafting of her breasts.
She is one year out from surgery and finally feels comfortable and confident in her body again! I am thrilled for her!

This beautiful patient (inside and out 😄) underwent facial fat transfer in her mid-face and under eyes as well as a face/neck lift and browlift. The after picture was taken just two weeks post surgery. It is so important to us that you are back to your life with your loved ones with minimal downtime. Nearly every person has an element of breast asymmetry, some more pronounced than others. This patient had significantly different volume and shape of her breasts; she was tired of bras not fitting well and wanted them to be more similar in size. Before surgery I remind all patients that even though major improvement can be made, some element of asymmetry may persist due to underlying chest wall and breast anatomy.

She is a month out from breast reduction surgery on the left and mastopexy of both breasts. She’s thrilled with the results and happy she now fills out both cups of her bras!

This beautiful patient wanted to address the tired appearance of her upper eyelids and was bothered by the transfer of her eyeliner to her upper lid skin.

I performed an upper blepharoplasty with skin excision to create a crisp upper lid crease and lighten her heavy lids. The incisions are hidden in the naturally existing eyelid crease and are healed within a week, so post-procedure down-time is minimal.

She is loving her refreshed look and bright eyes!! 👁️❤️

This patient came to me for a mommy makeover. She had known ruptured breast implants, so she wanted her implants removed and breasts lifted. She was also bothered by the extra tissue on her abdomen that stuck around after having children. She worked hard pre-operatively to lose weight with diet and exercise to optimize her postoperative results.

Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) can be a powerful tool to make the eyes appear less tired and heavy. This patient had upper blepharoplasty surgery to remove excess skin that was weighing down her eyelids, making her eyes appear smaller. This patient underwent surgery to improve breast symmetry and implant position.⠀She had capsular contracture (thickening and tightening of the capsule around the implant) on the right side which was holding her implant in an unnaturally high position on her chest. And her left implant had fallen out laterally toward her armpit.⠀⁣⁣⠀

I removed and replaced her saline implants with silicone implants that more appropriately fit her body size, and removed/modified her capsules to reposition her implants on her chest wall. These changes improved the overall shape and symmetry of her breasts.⠀I’m so excited for her!⁣⁣⠀
