Deep Plane Facelift - and more - for my bald male patient. While this type of case does present a challenge, it’s the type of challenge I’m always up for.

Perfecting the technique of incisions and sutures to create the most inconspicuous scar is essential for facelift in bald patients.

His deep plane facelift should be able to give him world-class results the same as any of my other patients, while still allowing him to go out in public without people guessing he had a facelift. Prominent scars of course would be a tell-tale sign. I have performed facelift surgery on dozens of bald men, and am grateful that this patient is allowing us to share his photos, as many male patients choose to maintain the privacy of their photos.

One thing I want to focus on sharing on Instagram right now, is that there are often ancillary procedures I perform at the same time as for my patients.

While I specialize in Deep Plane Facelift and passionately perform it as my favorite procedure, some patients need a different surgical plan due to their unique circumstances and anatomy.

This patient is younger, and was not ready for or in need of a facelift. (I frequently see patients in this category!) Here is what we did for her to give her the results of her dreams:

* Neck lift. This addresses the patient’s “double chin” to give her neck a slimmer appearance.
* Chin augmentation / chin implant. This helped us in bringing balance to the neck and by having a stronger chin, the jawline is elongated and appears slimmer.
* Rhinoplasty. By making the nose a bit smaller, it fits her face in a much more balanced and feminine way.

One of our all time favorite before and afters of surgery. This is what I mean when I tell my patients that the results will be dramatic, yet natural looking! My patients can expect to look just like themselves, just more youthful.

We addressed here the cheeks sagging, the jawline laxity, and neck. She also had an endoscopic brow lift, and upper and lower eyelid surgery. For a full rejuvenation, I assess my patients entire face to create the most beautiful, balanced results for them.
