Did you know that it is life saving season? This season lasts between 365 and 366 days per year. My goal is to run the Golden Gate Half Marathon on 11/5/23 to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society through Team in Training.

I’m rarely running the streets at the crack of dawn unless it is to fight blood 🩸 cancer! This was me ready to run Nike Marathon. Now I’m training to run the Golden Gate Half-Marathon, also in San Francisco and could use your help. .
I bet you’re wondering hoe you can help. Well, I’m part of Team in Training and we raise money to fight blood cancer. Often, I have been the spirit or community captain. It is important to let the community onow that LLS gives over 90% of funds to research and the patients. I run around in purple telling people to give me money and begging them not to call me A Spirit Captain Called Slickback, but they insist on saying the whole thing, like A Tribe Called Quest. .

We’re going to do 1 breathing technique you can do at home or at work. We’ll also do a couple yoga poses you can practice at home or work. Don’t worry about being flexible or what you’re wearing. Bring a non-caffeinated beverage and some water! We’ll relax and share more practices.
