Thank you Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland for your advocacy and support of affordable homeownership in the south sound! The Boulevard project features net-zero energy use, easy transit access, a park next door, and communal-use space—making it possible for 112 first-time homeowners to purchase an affordable home and invest back into the community they call home!

In the and across the nation, it is clear that our housing supply is not keeping pace with demand.

Happy to with $500k for South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity's 3900 Boulevard Project and support affordable, mixed-income housing for Thurston County.

We excited to partner with the City of Olympia on the Energize Olympia initiative!! The city is holding free educational workshops in August and September on heat pumps, energy savings, and financial incentives to boost home energy efficiency.

Energize Olympia 2024 program is an initiative to promote energy-efficient ductless heat pumps through a group purchase campaign. The program, a partnership between the city and South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity, is a part of the city's broader climate action efforts by transforming households into a healthier, affordable, resilient, and less carbon-intensive environment.

The program provides a free heat pump and installation for income-qualified households.

Exciting news, Bucoda! 🎉 We are thrilled to support the Bucoda Improvement Club as they prepare for the amazing Community Picnic. Thanks to our network of community partners, we were able to secure a donation of lumber! Their volunteers had an incredible day rebuilding and repairing the picnic tables. A HUGE thank you to all the fantastic volunteers who poured their hearts into this project – the picnic tables look AMAZING!
