We wanted to take time to celebrate a fantastic Meet & Greet Event at the Stearne School today. Shout out to all of the families, scholars, and members of the Allen M Stearme Community.

Shout out for piloting our new uniform program which allows our parents the convenience of shopping g from the phone, tablet or computer and having the uniforms shipped directly to their homes. Sporting out new Steanre Bulldog logo is a must.

Shout out to for outfitting our Leadership team members with a new and fresh look for the event. A new and awesome partnership the Stearne School has formed in our quest for excellence

Shout out to who is another awesome partnership we are blessed to have at the Stearne School. We had Staff and scholars recently attend a conference in Virginia! Our scholars are excelling outside of the walls of Stearne and displaying their excellence to the world!

Shout out to the man that kept the crowd dancing, He set off in the dance contests and set the energy for the entire event, good vibes only!!!

It was awesome having the energy of the Stearne School Scholars and community back in the building. We will be making Stearne history this year.

Shout out to the brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Epsilon Chapter, for their first day of mentorship with our 8th grade male scholars. The will be here once a month as a part of kings raising kings of the future. Special thank you to .official for taking time to be a part of the Stearne Village!

Thank you to .sturdy.__ and the awesome team at Yungest In Charge Empowerment! Todays program at was amazing. Our scholars learned so much from the motivational speaking team - what true entrepreneurship is, how to overcome mistakes and how to breathe life into your “I am…” had some awesome giveaways and blessed our students with HMBL merch. We also accepted the challenge of having 10 students per school who make the honor roll have their own custom HMBL clothing made in a color way that will be exclusive to them…

As many of you already know, I am leaving the School District to pursue other opportunities. I have learned so much during my years at Stearne, and truly truly appreciate the love, hard work, and support that you and your children have shown during these incredibly challenging times.

I am sad to leave the Stearne community, but excited to welcome the new principal, Dr. Alphonso Evans. You can read more about Dr. on our website stearne.philasd.org. I feel confident that Dr. Evans will be a wonderful addition and strong leader of the Bulldog family!

What a great turnout for the Gun Violence Awareness bike ride, community cleanup and resource fair! Thanks to the The Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia (AVP), Philadelphia Children's Alliance, and Warren G. Harding Middle School for hosting an amazing event! Who’s up for a fall carnival?!?

Ms. Negron is this week's SuperHERO! She might not wear a cape, but she's a heroic teacher and we are so grateful for her.
