Happy Autumn! A few new cocktails to embrace the season: WALDORF SALAD (Applejack, Celery, Madeira, Nocino, Lemon & Soda), FIG LEAF BOURBON SOUR (fig leaf-infused bourbon, Lemon, Simple & Aquafaba) & AUTUMN GIMLET (Gin, Lime, Apple, & Cardamaro). Our Story

A Vegetable Restaurant by James Beard nominated Chefs Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby, Vedge offers an exciting dining experience inspired by seasonal vegetables since 2011. Housed in the historic Tiger Building in Center City Philadelphia, the elegant brownstone home is an intimate setting for inventive vegetable cooking. The Bar features natural wines, plenty of craft beers and a creative cocktail list, all selected to compliment the wide range of tastes through the dinner and dessert menus. Vedge serves dinner 7 nights a week and is available for private parties of various sizes. We look forward to hosting you.
