Healcrest Grisette | Grisette Ale w/ Hibiscus

Brewed in partnership with for their Healcrest Green Community Conservation Project fundraiser. Stay tuned for more info on the fundraiser next Saturday in the taproom 8/24.

Grisette is a style originally brewed along the Belgian-French border and is most similar to traditional farmhouse ales. We brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and hibiscus flowers. Hopped with Hallertau blanc, Saphir, and Pacific Jade. We taste notes of black pepper water crackers, tart hibiscus tea, berries, lemon, orange peel, and wild flowers.

New Frays: Bringing '88 Back | Shandy Style Ale w/ Blood Orange & Grapefruit | 4.5% ABV

Bringing '88 Back is our official collaboration beer for Barrel and Flow Fest brewed and designed with City Councilman Khari Mosley. Our intent with this collaboration was to create a beer that reminded us of block parties, festivals, and backyards. The name Bringing '88 Back is in reference to the early hip hop scene in 1988, a time that Councilman Khari remembers fondly. The vibe in 1988 hip hop was inclusive and fun - people could be themselves without fear of judgement. This shandy style ale evokes that nostalgic feeling of chilling, gathering, and celebrating the community. Label art by the councilman's brother, Anire Mosley.

Teamed up with Assemble on our new Rhubarb Puptart, a sour ale conditioned with rhubarb puree. Thanks for the assist on the brew and package day! We've got it on draft in the taproom and we'll have 4-packs to go soon. 🐕🍺

New Frays: Cat Parade
Jasmine Rice Lager | 5.5% ABV

Hae Nang Meaw (Cat Parade) is a community ritual calling for rain before the rice growing season in parts of Cambodia and Thailand. We brewed this Jasmine Rice Lager with a Pilsner malt (and jasmine rice, duh) and hopped with Hallertau, Spalter, and Mandarina Bavaria. We taste fresh baked crackers and light citrus with a fragrant jasmine rice and cherry blossom aroma. And it’s oh so smooth!

Shouldn’t be too hard to complete your Dog Days of Beer punchcard with a drafts list like this… (that’s changing weekly!)

Come in to Two Frays to grab a punchcard and start the challenge. All you need to know:

1. Ask for a punch card or bring the one you’ve already started.

2. When you order a pint of beer, your bartender will record the style and date on the back of your card. You’ll receive a hole punch for every NEW style you order.*

3. Once you have 12 styles completed, turn your card in to your bartender to be deemed a Beer Expert and receive your prize.

4. Complete by the end of summer: September 22nd, 2024!

* A maximum of 4 beers per visit will be valid for a holepunch. Must be pints
