We have spaces available now for your favorite people! Help them find their new home while building your dream community for the 2024-25 leasing period. If you refer a prospective resident to apply to Brottier Hall and they sign a lease for 2024-2025, weโll send you a $50 gift card!

Soon-to-be residents should email to let us know that YOU referred them to live in Brottier Hall. After we hear from them and theyโve signed the lease, weโll email you the gift card!

In order to be eligible to live in Brottier Hall, students must have at least a junior status upon moving into Brottier Hall. In addition to a completed application, students must also submit a $100 non-refundable application fee that will be applied to the first installment of rent. The $100 should be paid through The Office of Student accounts/CASHNet.
