Unfortunately, Tara didn't work out at her new home.
She up for adoption again!

Miss Tara was finally adopted today!!!

On July 1st, I noticed Daisy eye looked weird, and she was in pain. I brought her to the vet, and she was given some antibiotics drops. After a week, still no improvement. She was put on different antibiotics drops and a cornea repair gel for her eye. We went for her follow-up appointment, and still no improvement. She was put on a long-lasting antibiotic since giving her drops have been super difficult.On July 29th, she has an appointment with a vet specialist in Brewster.
Her current vet bills have been $350, and then her specialist bill will be $450 just to be seen.

If you are able to help out at all financially, that would be a huge help. Taking care of her is unfortunately running my account dry.

I have been dedicated to providing a second chance at life for homeless cats, and your support can make a world of difference.

This is Leroy, and he is about 3 1/2 months old. He is shy but very sweet. Leroy definitely loves to sit on your lap when he is not exploring. Currently, he lets out a hiss before you go to pet him, but once you pet him, he won't stop purring and wants all your affection.

This year marks 6 years of having Clopon's Safe Haven Rescue. It has been truly amazing having this cat rescue. I have definitely had some low points were I wasn't sure if I would financially be able to continue but some how a donation would always come through at the perfect time. I have also met some amazing people along the way with adoptions. There is no money to be made in this line of work but boy is there so much reward in seeing a cat go to a forever home.

A huge shout out to Love, Peace & Paws Grooming in Pleasant Valley for donating a shave, medicated bath & nail clipping to this guy here. He was knotted up pretty bad on his back and he is feeling a lot better now.

Turns out in my neighborhood we are starting to have a cat problem. Two of my awesome neighbors called the DCSPCA to help trap & get them fixed before it becomes a bigger problem. 👏🏼So Thankful For My Neighbors Jim & Dana👏🏼! This guy was caught at a different time, so I stepped in and helped with him. He is getting fixed at T.A.R.A today. 😺
