Happy June! Checkout the schedule for GroupX this month. Cardio Dance will be taking the place of WerkHiit, Fridays' at 10AM.

aLL groupX classes are included with your membership, so be sure to take advantage of these awesome classes!

NWFITCO will be shut down from 10pm on 5/30 until 5:30am on 5/31 due to an emergency shutdown from Puget Sound Energy. We will resume normal operations when we reopen at 5:30am on Friday, May 31st. We apologize for any inconvenience!
