We are offering 24 sessions this summer for teens aged 12-18 from June 25th until August 22nd. The sessions are 90 minutes long, from 11am - 12:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.

Thank you to this amazing group for coming out to support our Mental Health fundraiser! It wasnβt the best weather, but we stayed mostly dry. It rained up until our workout started and started pouring again after our last buzzer went off! Most importantlyβ¦ we collected $745 towards our fundraiser! All proceeds go to the at the end of the month!

May is Mental Health Month! Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Exercise is the best way to help both of those things. This month we will be setting a goal of 50,000 su***de pushups to raise awareness to the 50,000 su***des that happened in the US during 2023, the highest number ever.
