I woke up at 3:30am on a Sunday, drove 3 hours to Arrington, VA and completed in a Spartan Sprint! So much fun! This type of competition is what motivates me. I love to compete and work to improve my performance.

Happy Monday y'all! It's the last few days of August 😢 Even though the heat has been blistering, I'd still take it over the cold winter weather.
I started doing stair repeats at the parking garages in North Hills back in Oct 2019 and since then I've climbed 450,000 steps!
