We want to take a moment to highlight Sarah who has absolutely CRUSHED her fitness goals!!
Meet Sarah, who has a passion for the sport Curling and who is also down 25 pounds since June 1st!! š¤Æ
Howie helped her increase her hamstring and core strength which has an excellent impact for her improvement in sport.
To highlight more of Sarahās accomplishments, she started out with 30 minute sessions and moved up to hours after gaining confidence and consistency.
Through hard work at Core Results, Sarah was able to bounce back from having meniscus surgery last year and is currently training to avoid a knee replacement!
Way to go Sarah!!! šļøāāļøš

Itās official! Iām no longer a āpersonal trainerā for the first time in 20 years.
I will miss the diverse group of people Iāve met and worked with over the years. Some of those Iāve had the opportunity to become close with. Itās fitting my final session ever was with Scott Myatt today. Since he started almost 14 years ago heās lost 65lbs and kept it off, weāve become good friends, and heck he even built my house!
Retiring from active training will afford me more time and renewed sense of purpose to not only keep Core Results the best personal training facility in the area but to take it to the next level!

As I phase out of active training, I have to say goodbye to several LONG time clients. Iāve been training with for over 12 years. I like to think she has thrived under my ā100% sarcasm & 0% compliment policyā. š
Jim is a retired IBM VP who is now a serious artist. Heās seen here next to one of his pieces at in SOHO as part of the 93rd grand National juried exhibition of the American Artists Professional League.
Jim is also a longtime .results client. When he started he had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, very high triglycerides, and could stand to lose more than a few pounds! Over the years, heās lost weight, improved health metrics, and smashed numerous personal strength goals.
Most recently his blood work was the best itās been in decades! Triglycerides down from 300+ to 87!! Cholesterol down from 200+ to 152 with HDL and LDL within acceptable ranges for the first time in 30 years. On top of that, heās down another 15lbs just since January.
These are the long term changes that make a real difference in peoples lives. Jim a good dude, fun to be around and a real artistic talent. Weāre super happy weāve played a role in him living a long healthy life.

I love a decline floor press! Gets the chest in a perfect decline position while engaging the core and glutes. Not to mention the floor keeps the shoulders in a nice safe position.
The name of the filter Iām using on this photo is called āMayflowerā. Itās a little known fact that the Mayflower is how Jim travelled here when he was young. š¤£š¤£š¤£
Seriously though you wonāt find a stronger dude his age. Actually you donāt find too many stronger guys in general!
