It's the discipline, challenges, and pain for me! ๐ช I love embracing these concepts. Being disciplined enough to challenge yourself and working through the pain of getting better. The challenge also lies in giving your body what it needs to meet the physical requirements you place on yourself.
My wife thinks I run my mouth more than my feet when I'm at the gym...nah!
This is a good 20 to 30 min Bicep and Tricep workout which includes 30 to 60 second recovery time. Four exercises/Four sets(rounds)
Biceps: Dumbbell curls/Hammer Curls
Tricep: Dips/Kick backs
Do a set with no break if you want to challenge yourself!

Wanted to wrap the day up with a couple of bicep workouts and decided to call it. My little one didn't care, she was going to tell me the highlight of her day no matter what ๐๐๐๐๐๐.

Me this morning, this afternoon and this evening. From getting up to get the miles in to taking a crash course in plumbing on YouTube๐. I've been in my crawl space for two days trying to figure out what a crimp, crimp tool and crimp removal tool are ๐.
Mission accomplished? Well no leaking now but we're going back in tomorrow just to make sure!

Did I tell you guys I love a good rotisserie chicken with a salad. A meal for lunch or dinner I could easily do two to three times a week. ๐
Paying attention to your nutrition doesn't mean you have to deprive yourself of food. Eat right, eat more and get results!!!
One of my go-to's to keep me on track! Being healthy should never be a fad, this ish is a lifestyle!
Remember, setbacks are there to build character!
