💧Drowning can happen in seconds…always be prepared! The City of Rialto is hosting kids’ workshops, water safety classes, swim lessons and more on Drowning Prevention and Safety Day. This event is loaded with free educational resources to keep your mermaids and Flounders safe in the water.

🎶 Music is a shared love for all children! The City of Rancho Cucamonga’s July Concerts in the Park series is coming up. Bring the family for free live music, a picnic, games and yummy food!

📚Reading to your child changes everything! Join the City of San Bernardino for Preschool Story Time, happening at various libraries throughout the city. Find the closest library to you and take your little one on a storytelling adventure!

🎒School is cool! Project Boon is hosting a back-to-school event with free backpacks and school supplies just in time for the new school year. Groceries will also be available, so join us and load up on the goods!

😎School is 🆒. San Bernardino City Unified School District is hosting its third annual Back-to-School Extravaganza! Make sure your cutie is an A+ student by getting them prepared for school. Parents and caregivers can even access important health and dental resources.

📚San Bernardino County Children and Family Services will host two backpack giveaways in the Cities of San Bernardino and Victorville. Pro tip: arrive early because the first 300 kiddos will get a FREE backpack and school supplies!

Summertime means more time on the road or on the wheels! First 5 San Bernardino and the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health joined Jenn Lahmers on Fox 11 Good Day LA to share important tips on car seat and helmet safety. DPH’s Crystal Montejo shared the importance of properly installing forward and rear-facing car seats, while F5SB’s Mary Curtis Santoyo demonstrated the “Helmet Fit Test” to make sure little ones are safe when riding a bike or scooter. 🚨Accidents can happen in seconds! St. Bernardine Medical Center is hosting an Infant and Child CPR class in the City of San Bernardino. It’s a skill that every parent and caregiver should have because it could save a life.

🏊🏽Teach your little one how to swim! The City of Fontana is offering swim lessons for babies 6 months old and up. Start them young so they become comfortable in the water which will foster swimming lessons success later on.
