The Peace Corps has sent American volunteers to serve in a humanitarian capacity in 60 countries since its founding in 1961 by President John F. Kennedy. As part of their mission—The 3rd Goal—is to ”to increase Americans' understanding of other peoples and cultures.” So Say We All is proud to partner with the San Diego Peace Corps Association to advance that goal, and bring the stories of their returned volunteers to the stage in a fully produced VAMP Storytelling Showcase. We hope you join us to learn more about our world, and the true stories of the people who have dedicated a fundamental part of their lives to improving the quality of life others.
Come out and support your fellow SDPCA RPCVs!

SDPCA Community, Our member Colin Lee (RPCV Dominican Republic 1998-2000) is inviting us to help with a passion project. It's a great opportunity to get together and do some good for our world.
Please join in an opportunity to help do beach restoration for the federally endangered California Least Tern, which nest along our shores in the spring and summer. The San Diego Natural History Museum and the birds are in need of help and this would be a great opportunity for the SDPCA to get together!
Date/Time: Saturday, February 24, 7:45am-12:00.
Info from the Museum:
The Nat is completing a unique conservation project at the San Dieguito Lagoon in an effort to restore nesting sites of the Least Tern. This is a really special opportunity to participate in a hands-on conservation experience on restricted access sites. Our goal is to increase the availability of suitable habitat for these endangered birds by removing dense vegetation and distributing oyster shells before the next breeding season. I am hoping your team would like to help our team with our conservation efforts by removing vegetation for the California Least Tern.
If you'd like to participate, click this link to sign up and also post your interest below or message Colin Lee (RPCV Dominican Republic 1998-2000) so we can track how many are attending. Be sure to identify SDPCA under "How did you hear about this event?"
