We regret to inform you that Roosevelt Tamale Parlor is permanently closed.

Due to a combination of factors including skyrocketing costs, years of Covid-related erratic business and continued uncertainty about the renewal of our lease, it has become too financially untenable to remain open.

We are saddened by the loss of this San Francisco institution as well as by the loss of opportunity to connect with so many of our loyal patrons who have supported us throughout the past ten years. We consider many of you friends if not family.

We hope to be able to express our love for food in other ways in the future and to be able to reconnect with all of you then.

so that Aaron can try to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Oops! Correction... The PARKLET is OPEN for outdoor dining NOW but we will not be open on Sundays until FEBRUARY 14.
