Katherine teaches a challenging and fun flow style class with breath-led movement building toward a peak pose. Each class includes hands-on adjustments (with your permission), breath-work, and meditation.

Breathe Easier with the Feldenkrais® Method

Laura Penn Gallerstein, founder of Whispers in Sound Durango and Sedona Sacred Sounds is an experienced and dynamic teacher of body, mind, and spirit. For over 40 years, Laura has been studying and teaching yoga, meditation, chanting, and for the past 10 years she has immersed herself in sound healing and sound vibration. Currently she leads workshops, trainings, sound healing sessions, retreats, yoga, and chanting. She integrates her expertise into private sessions and her yoga classes. Her passion resides in blending alchemy singing bowls, chanting, and guided meditations for healing and to empower others in their goals of higher consciousness and healing.

Roll, Release, and Mobilize: In-Studio Pop-up Class with Laura Gideon, Monday February 5th from 4:45 to 6:00 PM (please note new start time)

With the use of a foam roller, this class will help you improve your balance & stability, strengthen core muscles and total body function as you move and stabilize on the roller. Release muscular and fascia tension through rolling self-massage. Additionally using special designed balls, experience deep muscle release, increased mobility by placing the balls on specific trigger points and myofascial junctions with the goal of decreasing tightness and muscle spasms. This class helps relieve pain, improve postural alignment and joint range of motion. All levels welcome and encouraged to attend. Foam rollers and other needed props will be provided if you don't have your own.
Laura Gideon M.S., CPT is a Corrective Exercise Therapist and Pilates Practitioner. She has been involved in the fitness/health/wellness industry for the past 34 years. Laura is an IM=X Pilates Instructor and N.A.S.M certified personal trainer. Her “MELT” inspired Roll, Release & Mobilize classes are geared toward self-treatment to help eliminate pain and feel fantastic, and are a great adjunct to any Pilates or yoga class. Laura enjoys educating her class “beyond training”, teaching students how to advance in an injury free setting. She also holds an M.S. degree in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Public Health.

Cindy Fraser's Slow Deep Stretch on Tuesdays and Thursdays will now start at 12:00 PM, in-studio and online (instead of 12:30 PM). Her Saturday class will continue at 12:30 PM. Cindy Fraser teaches a slow, deep practice influenced by Taoist and hatha yoga principles, offering students of all levels the opportunity to explore the power and the beauty of body and breath. A yoga practice of 15 years brought Cindy to teaching.

Iyengar Level 1-2 with Michal Lerman - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 PM (In-Studio Only)
Michal started her path into the Iyengar Yoga method 20 years ago at the first Iyengar Yoga Center in Tel Aviv, Israel. What followed was a dedicated journey into Iyengar where she studied extensively with senior teachers from all over the world and in the direct lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar, including practice with the Iyengar family in Pune, India. Based in LA, born in Tel Aviv, Michal became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, received Certification by the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States (IYNAUS), and has since continued to study with senior Iyengar Yoga teachers and assisted senior teachers deepening her knowledge in the broad subject of yoga. Michal also holds a Master's degree in Art and design.
Michal offers classes to a diverse group of students: adults, seniors, kids and teens. Her teaching style is compassionate and creative, with a focus on making Iyengar yoga accessible to individuals of all identities and experiences. She believes in the power of yoga to heal and connect individuals and communities and is excited to share the gift of yoga to all.

Stacy TenHouten teaches with an intention of offering tools to help navigate and alleviate stress, depression and anxiety. Stacy intimately and intuitively works with individuals and groups to help them cultivate sustainable, personalized practices of yoga that they can implement in their daily lives as a means of physical health, healing trauma and maintaining a sense of well-being.
Stacy has been practicing yoga for over 30 years with a focus on trauma-informed practices. She received her teaching certification from Santa Monica Yoga and her Trauma Informed Yoga Certification under her mentor, Kyra Haglund, and Hala Khouri.
