Pilates himself said “In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference and in thirty you will have a whole new body.” Length.
Strength. Flexibility. Let me help you find the strongest, longest most balanced you. We live our lives in repetitive physical patterns whether it's sitting at a desk for eight hours a day or training for a marathon. Our physical repetitions can slowly take our bodies farther away from balance and pain free living. Personalized coaching can help you find the balance and strength you deserve. Meet Liz Dilley We recently connected with Liz Dilley and have shared our conversation below. Liz, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do? I was a dancer and actor before starting my own Pilates and MELT Method
I was recently acknowledged in the MELT instructor newsletter. Check out the nice things they said about me.
I love sharing MELT. It is simple and amazing for the body. Anyone can feel better!

I had so much fun sharing MELT to a room full of amazing movers and body practitioners.
I’m on a mission to share MELT with as many people as possible!
Do you have an idea of a location for a workshop? How about a workshop centered for a particular movement group:
dancers? Golfers? Footballers?
Let’s chat and widen this MELT community!
I’m back in Fremont teaching privates, duets (woohoo) and group mat classes. First class is Friday at 12:30!
So happy to land back with the SHIFT community on Stone way!
I'm back in Fremont with a second reformer, booking duets, privates and starting up group mat classes. First class this Friday, 12:30 -1:30. Grab your mat, some water and a sense of exploration for class!
New sandwich board!!!
I’m excited to join the Hillman City neighborhood and can’t wait to get to know my new neighbors.

2 Group classes and 1 private for only $90 ($155 value)
New signage on the back door! Huge thank you to and Gin for letting me make Hillman City my new Pilates home.
Add some jumping into your Pilates workout for fun and cardio.
I’m loving the STOTT cardio tramp. It’s softer than your traditional jumpboard giving a lot of feedback on how you’re landing and weight distribution.
Small group classes starting 1/25. Wednesday at 2:15

Took some time on my trail run to do some body balancing Pilates and conditioning… some dancing may have followed 😉 nothing like some moody clouds, the forest and my pup to ground me in the now!
Get outside with your Pilates and play!
Love me some push through bar!
Can you articulate your toes independently from the others? How are you connected to the ground?
I’ve been spending a lot of time on my feet helping to balance and stabilize my legs. We are not symmetrical but identifying the areas of weakness and imbalance and working to bring your body in balance brings you out of painful movement patterns and brings ease to your movement.
I was home looking for a ledge to work the articulation of my toes and feet. The perfect ledge… the kiddos puppet stage It’s been a while since I’ve been on stage 🤣
This is the MELT method bunion treatment (ignore the beaten up dancer toes!). I’ve used this with clients with and without bunions helping not only the feet but the whole leg up the inner thigh. This is not form perfect form, I’m a work in progress. I strive for stability, balance and ease of movement rather than perfection. What do you strive for?
I’m excited to reengage with the and for retraining starting tomorrow!
The nanny is in place, kindergarten is under way and I have availability in my schedule! It feels like a new world this morning as we all are adjusting to our new schedules. Book with me at RadiantPilatesNW.com
Summer adventures are over and fall is about to kick off with new schedules for both the business and the family. You can now see me during the day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) I will now be home for dinner, woohoo!
New schedule kicks off Wednesday 9/8
“The good news: age is not an obstacle to retraining: you can still make improvements when you’re 70, though you may have to work harder.”
Love this. Thank you Jonathan Grubb
I’m back from my happy place in the woods, rebalancing and getting ready for the next adventure! Come see me before the 27th and get yourself centered for the end of summer.
I’m back from my happy place in the woods and am rebalancing, getting ready for my next adventure. Come see me before I go on the 27th!
I don’t get out to run often (mom of two little humans and a small business) and it looks very different than previous years as I need to be on a track or trails. *Take care of your body! For me it’s the low back that needs the shock absorption. Yesterday it felt wonderful to go for a run and really put my Pilates work to use. While running I was thinking about all the things I’ve been working on in the Pilates studio. I felt so much more ease when I allowed my rib cage to hang and my breath to find freedom in all directions. My pelvic alignment is always a work in progress and when I focused on correcting my compensating patterns my knee and metatarsal didn’t hurt. All my compensating body patterns come up and occupy my mind while I run. Yes, even Pilates instructors have life history which manifests in the body though compensating physical patterns. Pilates is what will keep me moving well and living a full life as I age. What helps you stay out of pain? What keeps you moving? Can I help?
An open stage, the possibility of exploration and discovery. I do Pilates so I can do the other things I love. What do you love? How can less restriction in your body help you enjoy life?
Thank you for a lovely performative experience last night
I went to the theater tonight. It was wonderful to see bodies on stage ( )❤️ Oh, how I have missed the theater. The world is starting to return. My hours will be expanding soon. Let’s get those pandemic stressed bodies back in balance!
This past Sunday was a beautiful day to gather with the other small business owners who work out of SHIFT to clean and scrub for spring! Amazing people who do amazing grounded work with and for people.
Just think if we all gave ourselves just a few moments in the morning to engage and say hello to our bodies. Perhaps we wouldn't need that first cup of coffee (so desperately) or maybe you'd feel a bit happier to get out of bed and dive into your day? We may not have the Pilates bed but we sure could stretch and lengthen our bodies first thing. Give it a try, pull those knees into your chest, stretch your arms and legs as long as they'll go, circle your ankles and wrists, open your mouth wide and release all that tension! Maybe it'll helps lift those morning grumpy's!
