The center was excited to host a delegation from the National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Science to Seattle and the University of Washington School of Nursing last week!
We are excited to announce Professor Hilaire Thompson will serve as the next executive dean for the School of Nursing effective Aug 1. Dr. Thompson has been a faculty member since 2006 and has held several leadership roles. Her research centers on improving outcomes following geriatric traumatic brain injury, as well as fall prevention.
We are confident that Dr. Thompson will bring a wealth of knowledge to the School as well as a comprehensive understanding of the profession and the opportunities for the School to advance its history of excellence.
