City Manager Kimberly Meek participated in with Richmond Elementary’s 4th grade class! We had a blast reading an accurate book about agriculture and assembling foam cowboy hats! We greatly appreciate the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Agri-Business Committee for arranging for every 4th grade class in Payne County to have this book read to them today.

Stran Talley, a student at Stillwater Junior High School, placed 2nd at the State Finals of the National Civics Bee! We are proud to recognize this young man's accomplishment and the pride he has brought to the Stillwater community!
