On the left is the night sky in Tucson, Arizona USA on January 11, 2023. I wanted to see what the white spot was so I enhanced the image turning down the Brightness and bumping up the Black Point and increasing the color Saturation to see image better. Usually when I am just sitting in the Sun relaxing and enjoying the day, I will become connected to my Higher Self. It starts off with me noticing my heart beating. The more I focus on the feeling of it in my body, the more it will grow until it literally feels like it will pop out of my chest. This is how my Higher Self comes in and connects with me.

If I have a concern moving around in my mind at the time, a brilliant solution will often pop into my mind. This is how my Higher Self communicates with me. It’s like that lightbulb moment when a genius thought comes to you. That my friends is Connection and something to pay attention to as you sit and absorb the rays ❤

The Winter Solstice reminds to take time to let go of old ideas, habits, and ways of Being that have held us back and stifled our happiness. For some, holidays can be a time when we get caught up in our own inner dialogue and self-talk that can be critical and judgmental.

Resolve now to catch yourself, redirect and transform this inner dialogue into one of praise and gratitude. You can do this easily with positive affirmations:
❤ I accept all the abundance the Universe sends to me each day.
❤ I am grateful for this day.
❤ I am dearly loved.
❤ Today and every day in every way my life gets better and better.
❤ I am aligned with All That Is and attract all that is for my highest good into my life.

You know how people storm out of a house after an argument. It’s the Higher Self pulling you back to Nature to Restore yourself to Balance. Go out and Be in Nature even if it’s your backyard ❤

The quickest way to rid yourself of a depression, relieve yourself of fear or anger, and feel better is to Hug a Tree and tell it your problems. They are here to assist humans in many ways beyond providing wood for shelter and bearing fruit. Trees are able to transmute negative emotional energy into positive.

So the next time an old memory from the past comes up and starts circulating in your conscious mind, go talk to a tree. The spiraling thoughts will stop, and you will have instant relief ❤ it works every time ❤

Your Higher Self is that subtle voice inside that prompts you to go somewhere, do something, change your plans for no reason, check on something, start a new hobby, etc. Your Higher Self knows the past, present and future, whispering guidance as Intuition to make your path smoother. ❤ So, follow your intuition and strengthen your connection to your Higher Self. The more you listen and follow your inner wisdom, the better your life will be.❤
