Sometimes we just need a little reminder to get up and stretch. Regular stretching increases flexibility, improves the range of motion in your joints, and helps relieve stress!

In addition, one of the many great things about stretching is that it also does not require you to change your clothes, take a long break and head down to the gym or a break room. There is plenty of desk stretches you can do in your office that will help you take care of yourself and improve your overall health.
