Reminder for all graduate students: Due to COVID-19, many GW programs have been taught online this fall. As a result, the educational experience that you have already known or were hoping to experience as a graduate student took on different form.
Recently, President LeBlanc announced that all undergraduate courses and most graduate programs will be conducted remotely this spring. Thus, GW is conducting a survey to check in with you and better understand your academic experience so far. The findings and your suggestions for improving remote learning will be used in our planning for spring.

J-1 international students and scholars, you don’t want to miss this— the ISO is hosting a webinar about securing employment and academic opportunities as well as how to maintain your status while working. J-2 work authorization procedures will also be discussed.
Lastly, did you know the most innovative and fastest growing businesses in the U.S. have been founded by foreign nationals working or studying in the United States? The GW Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in partnership with the ISO, will host this brief virtual lecture on general guidance for how current international students can navigate the U.S. immigration system. This lecture will discuss the immigration options available to GW international students as they pursue their entrepreneurial dreams through creating a business or start up.
