BWP offers a solution, providing, Respite, Enrichment programs, accessible fun and Therapeutic Recreation for children and adults with chronic medical conditions and disabilities.

From BWP Warrior to Volunteer💛
Meet Dani🤝
We met Dani in 2016.
We had the opportunity to support Dani and her family during some of their most difficult times💛
At 2 years old Dani was diagnosed with a Desmoid tumor, in her right head and neck. Desmoid tumors are rare and difficult to treat. Medically, Dani has endured oral and IV chemotherapy treatments, multiple surgical procedures and radiation therapy.
In July 2021, after 3 years of residual tumor stability, Dani was ready to start another journey of facial reconstructive surgeries.
Dani is 16 and is doing well and is now an active volunteer at the BWP😎

"I wanted to just mention and say that this means so much not just to myself for getting a break but more than anything for our boy. We have been struggling at home and have seen a big regression in behavior. This is the one thing he absolutely looks forward to and I know I see improvement in him. I can't Thank You and the Brave Warrior team enough for being there for him when he needs it the most."
