July 5, 1995, the doors opened at 204 N. Mission, Wenatchee, WA and Pickle Papers began! And now at 21 S. Wenatchee Avenue for 24 years! Though Marnye is no longer at the counter, she is still an active part of the pickle with her HANDMADE IN THE CABANA cards, classes and "supporting her mom"! We are both grateful for all the support from customers who have become wonderful friends over the last 29 years. THANK YOU - you are dear to us!

Commerce today announced the launch of the first of five planned small business loan and investment programs as part of the U.S. Treasury’s State Small Business Credit Initiative. The first two programs, the Small Business Flex Fund 2 and Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate Loan Program, are now accepting applications.

“Access to capital is one of the major challenges for small businesses, particularly those in historically underserved and underrepresented communities,” said Commerce Director Mike Fong. “These innovative loan programs will help fill this funding gap and have a multiplier effect that benefits local economies across the state.”

TekniPlex Youth Parade — Washington State Apple Blossom Festival TEKNIPLEX YOUTH PARADE SATURDAY APRIL 27, 2024 @ 11AM The Festival’s Youth Parade is one of the only parades in the state to feature so many of Washington’s youngsters. Over 4,500 children ages 14 and under (and some who are just young at heart) participate in this celebration!
