This week I have been exploring deep within myself turning up the volume to my “higher consciousness”📣My tools begin with the app where you can “search” key words to supply you with endless podcast, meditation, and hypnosis pieces.☮️The next tool in my equation is a 4-7-8 breathing technique I was introduced to in Kundalini 🧘‍♂️ Inhale through 👃 count of 4, hold a 7 count, 😮‍💨 exhale in a 8 count through the mouth, as if you were cooling off 🥣 soup.
