📣🚨NEW GROUP ALERT: Boundaries + Codependency Therapy Group- Part II (Viritual Group)

This group is an extension of previous codependency and boundaries groups hosted by Flourish Counseling Co. but it is NOT required that you attended Part I. This 5-week psychoeducation and therapy support group experience focuses on addressing boundaries and codependency in all types of relationships by helping group members identify codependent and boundary-lacking behaviors, their impacts, and the nature of their actions with an advanced focus. In addition, participants will learn how to implement boundaries that allow them to maintain relationships while reaching their goals. Through processing the emotional and physical childhood experiences that encouraged the development of codependency-enforcing beliefs, boundary-excess actions, or boundary aversions, participants will have the opportunity to create corrective experiences to change their maladaptive response mechanisms. The group therapy sessions will allow participants to test out new strategies to improve independence, increase self-worth, and implement boundaries that result in healthy relationships along with more effective communication.
