We offer Yoga and mobility together with strength and conditioning classes geared towards al fitness levels.
Working under the umbrella of The Balance Group, The Balance Studios are led by internationally trained physiotherapists and movement specialists
A slightly different post: Once a year the studio team goes away for a weekend to discuss the year and just to be together. In April we went to Gaansbai and as part of the weekend went to for a wine tasting. His story of just going for his dream resonated with all of us. Tonight I’m back for a wine tasting with Trevor and for another evening of stories.

Our second workshop workshop by Toni will be held on Saturday 2nd July.
This workshop will look at how a curvature of the spine may affect your yoga postures and how you can avoid recurrent pain patterns.
A curved spine (mild scoliosis) is more common than we think and the symptoms are often under-diagnosed and mis-diagnosed. Toni will explain the effects a mild curvature can have on yoga students.
This course is particularly useful for any yoga teacher with private clients.
