โœ… Stretch!! - Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints
โœ… Quit trying to set a personal best - enjoy the process, don't focus on the outcome ๐Ÿค—
โœ… Know when to hydrate - make sure to drink water in the hours/days leading up to your runs, rather than minutes before ๐Ÿ’ง
โœ… Make it social - when youโ€™re socially and emotionally invested in your workouts, itโ€™ll be harder for you to skip them ๐Ÿ˜‰
