This week in our Playzone creche the kids have enjoyed zooming around on the bikes and cars and playing with our new road signs. We are also painting building boxes, planting flowers in the sand pit and playing musical instruments.
Enjoy a workout upstairs with the peace of mind knowing your kids are in the best hands possible.
We've received a small delivery of New Medicine Balls and have some new Deadballs are on the way for next week.
Hope your training is going great, these are great for building a strong core, having stability with Shoulder Movement and a great conditioning piece. Ask the staff if you need some assistance.

AQUA classes at Bayside have been growing strong over the past couple months now, we are averaging 30 plus members per sessions.
Session times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:30 am.
