Just a small update as to what the board is up to currently the board have been visiting several possible sites for our first centre yay! They are also busy organising sponsorships and vendors for the 2025 Laps for Love at Port Melbourne Football Club on December 1st ! So save the date the team are working hard to make this years event even bigger and better than last year

Laps 4 Love -
Sunday 1st December 2024
Planning has begun for our 2024 Laps 4 Love event to be held at the Port Melbourne Football Club on 1st December. Last year’s event was an amazing success so we will do it again this year - even bigger and better. Our Sensory Santa, Mrs Santa and their Elves will be back along with opportunities for our autistic visitors to spend time with exotic animals, from The Funky Farm as well as cooking opportunities in a pop up kitchen, courtesy Rose Farfalla Chief of Happiness Happiness First who provides a range of services and supports for individuals with disabilities. The Laps 4 Love event will provide safe spaces for families to enjoy themselves experiencing various autistic friendly equipment and activities. There will also be several food vans, a sensory room and first aid officers on hand. Registration for the event will open in November on our website equalaccessforautism.org.au
