If anyone is interested, our mates at Greenpeace have a fantastic event coming up, check it out!

At this special launch event you'll get to join with other Greenpeace supporters for an inside look at the campaign to save the Great Australian Bight, see the premiere of a new short film on the Bight as well as find out how you can be involved in the campaign in Melbourne over the coming months. You'll be joined by Greenpeace staff working on the campaign as well as hearing from those affected communities on the frontline of the campaign.

With the budget to be released today, we are facing significant funding cuts to health and education . As young Australians, we can think of plenty of ways to spend a billion dollars rather than giving it to a billionaire to build a coal mine!

Great chat with Labor Senator Gavin Marshall this morning about climate policy!

Danielle and Pano from our Unimelb AYCC group, along with Victorian branch volunteer Josh, met with Labor Senator Gavin Marshall this lovely sunny morning. They had a great chat about transitioning Australia to 100% renewables. That's another politician meeting (and our first Senator meeting!) completed for Victoria!
