⚖️ Not only is this good practice, but it is also a legal requirement. Legislation was introduced in 2023 that prioritises psychological safety of employees in the same way that physical health and safety is prioritised. ⚖️

After 34 years, the Life Chances Study has drawn to a close. Commencing in 1990, this significant research followed 167 infants from birth and has highlighted, at various stages, the impact of financial security and life chances on people's lives:
