R U OK? inspires and empowers all to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those who may be struggling with life.

While R U OK? Day is our National Day of Action, we encourage you to Ask R U OK? Any Day of the year because a conversation could change a life. You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.

To recognise the day every year, The University of Melbourne hosts a range of events to help students, staff and precinct community connect, discuss the importance of mental health and learn how to access support.
