Hi my name is Sara Herring. I really can help you, you just need to let me!
I am here to support you heal your life.
I have been on an amazing path of healing and discovery for over 30 years...wow that's a long time. I have learned, studied many different modalities and now work with techniques that use a Theta Brain Wave. I combine everything I know to work with you. You are unique so every session is unique. We work together and talk to your subconscious, releasing that which is no longer needed. You will feel lighter, more energised and happier with your life.
I am a ThetaHealing Master, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Resource Therapist, NLP Practitioner and Coach, and Head of the Academy of Hypnotic Science.
I started my journey as a Beauty Therapist and soon realised that I was helping people on a more emotional and spiritual level. I just “Knew” things about my clients, and they started to heal instantly, which led me to explore my spiritual path, and look at a Theta brain wave and the power of the mind.
I became very ill and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I dug deep beneath the surface and released the emotional trauma causing it. I worked on my negative beliefs, these were stopping me being my true self, I then healed from the inside out.
I am passionate about bringing my clients into wellness and for them to become the best they can possibly be.
