Join us every Thursday at 6:45pm for an hour of soothing yoga designed to melt away stress and rejuvenate your spirit. Discover the bliss of restorative poses using cozy props like bolsters and pillows, provided for your comfort.

Each session includes:
🌬️ Pranayama (yogic breathing)
🧘‍♂️ Gentle, mindful movement
🛏️ Restorative yoga
🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation (yoga nidra)
