Luke signed up and started training with us on the Round Two Challenge and just finished our Round Three Challenge on the weekend!
As you can see in these before and afters his results are insaneee, he has lost 16.8kg of fat and gained a massive 1.3kg of muscle!!🤯😍👏
What is not pictured is his huge improvement in health (dropping 5 points of visceral fat), the fitness, strength, and confidence he has gained in his training, and the healthy habits and routines he has developed! This is the S**T!

🍎 Listen to your body! Everyone’s digestive system is different. Some people may need a bit more time to digest, while others can eat closer to their workout.
🍎Avoid high-fat and high-fiber foods; these can be harder to digest and may cause discomfort during your workout.
🍎Experiment!! Find what works best for your body and your schedule. It might take some trial and error to dial in your pre-workout nutrition perfectly.

The barbell Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is a highly effective exercise with numerous benefits.
