Do you know the health of your cycle?
Some questions I like to ask my clients are:
- Are you having good, regular menstrual cycles?
- Are you tracking your ovulation? (You need to be ovulating, obviously!)
- Is your luteal phase long enough?
- What color is it?
- Are you having tons of clots? (You donโt want tons of clots).
- How long are you bleeding?
- Are you having pretty painless periods?
- Are you not really having PMS symptoms?
- Not really having any bloating?
- Not really having any mood swings?
- Not really feeling fatigued?
To name a few.
Will you place higher value on your cycle after knowing this?
There is tremendous benefit in going along with the natural energy of the our cycle as we instinctively do with our external environment.
Instead of pushing myself outwards during the times when I feel withdrawn in my cycle, I listen to my needs and adjust accordingly.
Having a period is a small part of a cycle. The power comes from knowing when itโs coming and what phase Iโm in.
This truly empowers me to embrace my intuitive feminine nature and literally go with the flowโฆ MY FLOW.

Most women (above 70%) are deficient in magnesium.
Magnesium is an extremely important mineral for almost every function (around 300) in your body and especially for hormone health!

I have been journeying a lot with unkind thoughts about my body.. ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ค๐ฃ๐ ๐ง๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐? ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
There have been huge learnings and UPGRADES in the last couple of years and Iโve more had to really practice what I preach.
What Iโve learnt and accepted about this beautiful female body is that we are CONSTANTLY CHANGING, each and every day we are different!
DID YOU KNOW- Men have a 24hr cycle which allows them to stay pretty consistent and can do the same things every day without much change..
Womenโs cycles range from anywhere between 26-32 (give or take) days!
Our hormones are different every single day, giving our body signs and messages to also do things different.

This looks like, eating different foods throughout my cycle, moving my body differently, allowing more time for rest (which has been the most challenging for me), not restricting my food and fasting (like I used to), and really taking the time to LISTEN and learn what my body is communicating to me.
Itโs been BIG.

Iโm really thriving with this way of doing life and honor myself a whole lot more.
