Ozzy Pawsborne
Male
Cane corso x English mastif x
46lbs at 3 months 🦍
Sunday may 19th was his bday
He's going to be a tank of a dog
This handsome guy was Surrendered to us in July with his 2 brothers. 3 huge 8 week old puppies all of a sudden
Oh boy lol.
I was so busy at the time I dropped the ball on introducing him, and i thought i might have a potential adopter but it isnt the right time for them.. however.. He's a total stud! 😍
Our friends over at Travelling Tails K9 Rescue have a great giant breed following and agreed to help with 2 of them. We kept Ozzie, he was the largest, calmest and most docile of his litter.
He has proven to be a real sweet boy and is currently thriving in a foster home while he gets all his vaccines and prepared for his Forever family.
Ozzie is crate trained. He's dog social. He plays with his kitty friends. His best friend is a newfy and a basset hound is runner up.
He loves kids..he's fantastic for car rides. He's a really great boy.
He's going to be 140lbs full grown most likely
So he needs a home that can accommodate for that size of dog in terms of space and finances. He's going to eat a lot and require the most largest size of prevention and everything about giant dogs can be- well- extra.
But, as a previous neo mastiff owner, I can attest to their loyalty and affectionate nature. You couldn't feel safer with a dog like this by your side.
Ozzie Pawsborne is now ready to find his Forever family.
His adoption fee is $850 which includes all of his initial vetting for his first year, microchip and his neuter. All Vaccines including lepto and kennel cough.
He just recieved his rabies vaccine and will get his final booster in 2 weeks. He's been on nexgard spectra and is eating royal canin large breed puppy food. He will come with a full bag of his food. Plus all his favorite things and his collar and leash.
Post adoption training is required with all puppy adoptions
We do have some discount/low cost options available if you're local to Brantford/Paris area.
If you're interested in a Moose puppy, send us an email at [email protected] and be sure to include the application :

Sweet violet still looking for her family
Adoptable
Polly
3.5 month old super mutt
Heinz 57
Shepherd x husky x rottie x bully x Lab x x
(see her brothers dna test results at the end)
This little sweetie joined us from the six nations reserve with a group of 10 other puppies and their mom who have all found other rescues and many are already adopted.
Polly was in very poor condition and very thin. We decided to hang on to her to ensure she recieved immediate supportive care and also to ensure her eye was dealt with prompty.
She has been on medications since she joined us nearly 8 weeks ago. She's just now big enough to have her surgery and get her eye removed. She will be Spayed at the same time.
Once recovered she's ready for her forever home.
Polly is an active and feisty girl who would do best with another young dog as a companion. She can be relentless when she wants to play and doesn't give up without a fight lol
Polly is started on crate training overnight. Her foster has a dog door and she goes outside on her own multiple times a day. She does still have some accidents and potty training Is a work in progress.
Polly is getting more vehicle exposure and work with leash walking and is getting braver each time. She will need an owner prepared to get busy with training as soon as she comes home.
Her adoption fee is $850 which includes her eye surgery, spay, all Vaccines, her nexgard spectra and her microchip. She's eating royal canin medium breed puppy food and will come with a full bag of her food, her fav toys and treats as well as a harness and leash.
Post adoption training (puppy class) is mandatory with all adoptions.
If you're interested in adopting little pocket pirate Polly, please email an application to [email protected]

Chloe
3 month old
Lab x collie x medium mix
Will be 50lbs full grown
Chloe joined us from our partners at Save A Dog Network Canada
She came from a remote reserve in Manitoba where she was suffering from lice and had her eyeball and face attacked by another dog. It was so severe the eye was out of socket and had to be removed when she was barely 8 weeks old. When I seen her sweet face she reminded me so much of Polly. She joined us about 4 weeks ago and is thriving in a foster home with another dog.
She's been with one of our amazing fosters leaning how to do all things dog. She's just about ready to find her forever home now
Chloe loves everyone. She's good with kids. She's good with other dogs. Shes good with dog savvy cats. She's very food motivated and very good in the car. She's learning to walk on leash.
This girl would be perfect for an moderately active family. She's still teething so she's going through her landshark phase but she also enjoys a good cuddle. Her foster owns an older dog so she is learning to be respectful which has been good for her.
Chloes adoption fee is $850 with a post adoption training commitment.
She will come fully vaccinated, on nexgard spectra, microchipped and spayed. She is on royal canin medium breed puppy kibble and will go home with a full bag of that as well as some of her favorite toys and treats.

**FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAY**
Broke out of the pound today - woot woot!
Happy weekend everyone!!
These three (3) Akita mix babies were found dumped in Brant County this past week. After their poor sister was hit by a car and killed. Some kind people rounded up the rest and called Animal Control to come save them.
They're only about 7-8 weeks old and would have never survived on their own. Who could do this I don't know... but with the shelters bursting at the seams I knew they'd need out quickly so we acted fast and lined up a foster home where all three (3) can stay together for a few more weeks and socialize with other dogs as well before heading off into their forever homes.
Akita are not a breed for everyone and should be researched prior to adopting them.
Welcome Cleo (grey/tri female), Mac (brindle), and Hudson (white and brown). These pups are going to be large breed 80 lbs or maybe larger.
They will be ready for foster to adopts at 12-weeks old mid September.
We are hoping to raise some funds today to cover their food and initial vet costs. They're pooping worms like crazy the poor kids but will be feeling so much better by next week!!

The long awaited and (sorry) it was a little delayed due to some minor set backs!....
Buttons pupdate!:
Thanks everyone for your patience. We've had some serious blows lately with losing Tarot to lepto and one of our puppies recently getting a surprising cardiac diagnosis. Everyday we're turning away dogs who need somewhere to go :(
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/2RbFShEoj2qmbtCC/?mibextid=oFDknk
Buttons is one of the lucky ones. When I got the message about him I had a feeling it was parvo and thankfully the woman who contacted me had his best Interests in mind and knew that he had the best chance being surrendered to a rescue.
Buttons had immediate supportive care by me in my home and it was started fast enough he did not need iv fluids or hospitalization. He was able to be treated outpatient and my awesome vets helped with everything he needed along with gastro puppy food and probiotics and around the clock sub q fluids and medications every 6-8 hours this little we**ie defied the odds and he beat parvovirus 🥳
Saving these parvo puppies is not easy. It's emotionally draining, it's stressful. It means way more cleaning. Sanitizing. Changing clothes and glove wearing. Endless bleaching bowls and prevailing surfaces. Segregating part of my home to basically be a hospital and also keep a puppy busy and stimulated and safe. It's also super rewarding and very easy to form a stronger bond with puppies who touch death and defy it. Parvo is terrifying and horrible and his poor little brother wasn't as lucky even with vet Intervention and its utterly heartbreaking 💔
Today Buttons finally looks a healthy body weight again. He declined a little last weekend and had me worried but hes back to his squeeky self again.
He recieved his first vaccination and was dewormed. We have been seeing more and more of his personality and yes- have had a lot of people, and I mean a LOT of people inquiring about him, which is amazing.
He's a really cute and special little guy and he deserves a fan club!
Buttons will be ready NEXT week To go to a foster to adopt home. Ideally with fully vaccinated pets and a secure fenced yard for him to be safe in until he's fully vaccinated.
I am now looking at applications for Buttons and that includes any that were sent end of July when he first joined us.
If you applied and I haven't been in touch feel free to send another email just to let me know you're still interested.
He is a barky little fella and won't be great in an appartment. He's confident. Snuggly. A little pushy.
He likes other dogs and would thrive with another small or medium size younger dog to play with
Buttons adoption fee is $850 with a post adoption training commitment. Must sign up for puppy classes before age 8 months.
He will be fully vaccinated and neutered prior to finalizing adoption.
He has been microchipped. He will come with a bag of his food, probiotics, his favorite toys and his parasite prevention is covered until October.
If you're interested in adopting Buttons please email [email protected] and include the application:

Working on some updated pictures but to be honest since feeling better the boy is busy busy and does not sit still for a second unless he's sleeping 🙃
Thanks again to every single person who donated to help save his life. And who helped try to save sweet Tarot who sadly wasn't as lucky.

**FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAY**
This week we are welcoming Lacey!
Breed: Hound x
Age: 3-4 Years
Size: Medium / Large
Weight: --
She was abandoned after her owner moved. For months she was fed by neighbour's and finally was taken into a garage after it was determined she is now pregnant with who knows who is the daddy
Lacey has a gentle soul - both of her eyes have cherry eye and will require surgery to repair this once she is ready for her spay.
Lacey is too far along for us to spay now. Today she will get an x-ray to determine how many puppies she is expecting and approximately how long we have before they arrive.
Momma dogs and litters are one of the biggest expenses we have here. Between stock piling puppy pads, ensuring we have lots of food for mom, a c-section on standby just incase of complications. Laundry like crazy. And then the care of the babies which involves a lot of weighing and deworming and feeding for the first 2 months.
Vet costs for litters can be thousands depending on how large the litter is.
Lacey has a wonderful foster home and will never want for anything again.
She will be available for adoption in November, alongside her babies who will be born soon!! Her eye surgery will be costly as well - however we have some time to fundraise for that later :)
If you can spare $5 for sweet Lacey and her unborn babies, we would be so grateful.

Please share Coco she is ready for her forever home now! She has overcome SO much!
Adoptable
Christina
18 month old
50lbs
Malinois
Spayed female
This beautiful Belgian malinois was rescued from a very horrible start. Bred by a so called rescue to make profit- which backfired..
She spent months of her development locked in a crate or small pen with many of her littermates. Trapped in a big garage filled with barking dogs. A High stress and dirty environment left her very mistrusting of new people, reactive to dogs and very dirty in her crate. Super rammy, jumpy and excitable, wouldn't even react to a treat infront of her face.
She's been with us since November and she is ready now to find her perfect forever home.
Christina spent 8 weeks in a board and train followed by 2 more weeks boarding at noble k9 where she learned SO much. Her trainer(s) had a disaster when she arrived and it was a big undertaking.
Unfortunately she didn't learn to hold her poops and pees in her crate and this was something we had hoped they would improve.
Once completed their initial training I didn't have suitable fosters so we moved her and her sister closer to me.
We moved her to the dogs paw in Delhi for boarding and they have been working hard with her dog socializing. Spending many days a week in doggy daycare playing with dogs of all sizes and being free to run around and build muscle has been so good for her and her sister (whos now adopted). There's been an on and off struggle with her potty training in a kennel settling and ultimately her next step needs to be a home. A forever home.
Christina needs a home that is prepared to put in the work to properly house train her. She can't stay in a crate more than 2 or 3 hours.
She needs someone on her full time for a solid few weeks.
Once she's house broken She is going to be the most amazing dog. Multi purpose wants to work and please.
Her recall is great. She heels like a dream. She only wants to please her person. Is super food driven. She could really learn anything with the right owner.
She's good with other dogs. She could be OK with dog savvy cats. She's good with respectful kids. She's leary of some men.
An owner with interest in dog sports would be ideal for her.
Christina has been fully vaccinated, Spayed, is on nexgard spectra. Her adoption fee is $850
We have put nearly $9000 into her Rehabilitation and will provide ongoing training support as well post adoption. She also has a free refresher visit where she had her board n train with noble k9

Capri
Age: 14-Weeks
Breed: German Shepherd x Golden Retriever x
Size: Medium / Large
Weight: 20 lbs
Adoption Fee: $850
This adorable teething landshark has been with us in a foster home for nearing 4 weeks. She was found abandoned and we later acquired 3 siblings from the place she wandered from.
She is now ready to find her forever family and will definitely bring some joy and s***k to their lives.
Capri loves to play, she's very dog social and enjoys a good wrestle with her foster siblings. Capri has had cat exposure as well. She's nippy because of her age but she redirects well with chews and toys. She's already been camping and is a water dog for sure!!
Capri would love a family who takes her with them on adventures. She enjoys the car and is already learning leash manners.
All puppies come started on crate training and on their way with house training. She's into everything and needs an Adopter committed to her training these next few months and beyond.
If you're interested in adopting sweet floofy girl Capri, please send an email with our adoption application attached.

Our story
Sato Saved End of the Line Dog Rescue and Rehabilitation was founded out of passion and love for dogs of all kinds. We are located in Brantford Ontario, but our rescue reach only starts in our own community and branches out to Norfolk County, Six Nations and goes all the way to the US, Puerto Rico and everywhere in between.
I, Cassia, the owner and founder, am a former veterinary technician/assistant and have been in the trenches of rescue for 20 years, starting with the first love of my life, Rosey. I have years of experience, strength and dedication that has resulted in thousands of dogs being rescued, rehabilitated and saved from likely death. Previously running a smaller foster based end of the line rescue since 2009, Working with a dedicated team of fosters and transporters as well as the community to accomplish as much as possible with as little as possible. Since expanding when a career change found me working for animal control. There are so many dogs in need that this ever growing hobby was the best way to help educate and advocate for the dogs.
Former partner Deandra rescued her first dog “Sato” from PR, inspiring her to start her rescue when she moved to Waterford in 2017. She named him after a slang term for street dog and this is where the name Sato Saved originated. We work to save any dog on the streets or abandoned. Any “Sato” that needs help. The term suits the rescue beautifully.
In 2018 two smaller rescues and two people with big dreams partnered up with similar goals and thus began Sato Saved End of the Line Dog Rescue and Rehab.
